Experience:0 - 5 Years Education:UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization PG - Post Graduation Not Required Role:Associate/Sr. Associate -(NonTechnical) Functional Area:ITES/BPO/KPO, Customer Service, Ops. Job Description We are looking for Graduates for voice operations If You are A Graduate Fresher or have experience (any industry) Flexible to work in night shifts. Have excellent communication skills Proficient in computers Desired Candidate Profile This role is primarily responsible for dealing with customer calls as per the SLAs outlined by the client. Required Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills-Ability to communicate correctly and clearly Strong customer service focus - Ability to empathize with the customer & prioritizing customer needs Good problem solving, reasoning, data gathering,and analytical skills.
